Affiliate disclosure
LetsInvest is free because brokers pay us when readers choose them — here's exactly how that works, and the walls around it.
How we make money
When you click an “Open account” or “Visit” button (links like /go/zerodha) and open an account, the broker may pay LetsInvest a commission — at no extra cost to you. Your pricing is identical whether you come via us or go direct.
What affiliate money does not buy
- Ratings. Editorial scores are set by research criteria only.
- Rankings and sort order. Directories sort by rating and relevance, not commission.
- Verdicts. A paying partner can still lose a comparison — and several do on this site.
- Fee data. Published fees come from official pricing pages with verification dates.
How links work technically
Outbound links route through internal /go/[partner] URLs so we can count clicks, update destinations without editing articles, and disable partners instantly. We log the click timestamp, placement and a hashed IP — never your name, PAN, or account details (we couldn't see them if we wanted to).
What we'll never do
- Recommend a worse product because it pays more.
- Hide the fact that a link earns commission — monetised pages carry a disclosure strip.
- Sell “sponsored rankings” disguised as editorial.
If this model ever biases a verdict, call it out — that accountability is the whole point of publishing this page.
