DCF intrinsic-value calculator

What is the business worth, not the stock price? Discount the cash.

Terminal growth must stay below the discount rate — and usually below long-run GDP (~6%).

₹2,853.15 Cr

intrinsic enterprise value · terminal is 59% of it

  • PV of explicit FCFs (10y)₹1,159.82 Cr
  • PV of terminal value₹1,693.33 Cr

Hover a segment for value + share.

Two-stage DCF on company-level FCF gives enterprise value — subtract net debt, divide by shares for per-share value. Garbage in, gospel out: stress-test growth ±5% before trusting any number.

What this calculator answers

Free cash flow of 100 growing at 15% for 10 years, with 4% terminal growth and a 12% discount rate, gives an intrinsic value of about 2,853 — about 1,160 from the explicit growth years and about 1,693 from the terminal value. Enter the four inputs to see both stages separately.

How it is calculated

Two-stage discounted cash flow: free cash flow is grown and discounted at the discount rate for each high-growth year, then a Gordon-growth terminal value (final-year FCF × (1 + terminal growth) ÷ (discount rate − terminal growth)) is discounted back to today.

Values are in whatever currency unit you enter. The model returns a value only when the discount rate is above terminal growth and free cash flow is positive.

Common questions

When does the calculator refuse to give a value?

When the discount rate is at or below terminal growth, or when free cash flow is zero or negative. The terminal-value formula divides by (discount rate − terminal growth), so those cases are meaningless.

Which input moves the answer most?

Usually the terminal value, which is often the majority of the intrinsic value here. Small changes in terminal growth or the discount rate therefore swing the estimate a lot.

Is intrinsic value a price target?

No. It is the value implied by the assumptions you entered. Different growth or discount assumptions produce very different numbers, so treat it as one input to your own analysis.
