Complaints tell you someone objected; orders tell you who the authority believed. This guide maps where each Phase-B portal keeps complaint lists, published orders and tribunal/appeal references, and how to read an order directing refund or interest. Outcomes outweigh counts.

  • Search the promoter name as well as the project - entities repeat.
  • Read the operative direction (refund, interest, timeline), not the headline.
  • Check whether the order was complied with or appealed further.
  • Tribunal references mean the dispute outgrew the authority - read both ends.
  • Screenshot the order with its date; layouts change, orders persist.
