How to verify a RERA registration

Five reads on the official portal before you pay a token.

Every state runs its own RERA portal, but the verification motion is identical: match the registration number from the brochure, read the project record, then read what sits behind it - dates, orders, documents. This guide walks the five reads in order, with the deep link for each Phase-B state.

What to do

  • Start from the brochure registration number - never from a screenshot.
  • Match name, promoter, address and phase exactly; phases register separately.
  • Read the proposed date first, then every revised date and extension.
  • Open complaints and orders before documents - resolutions change a filing meaning.
  • Empty document slots count as missing, not pending.
